The CSC approach
For CSC, person-centered service means listening before planning, respecting individual rights and choices, and building support around the rhythms of daily life. A safe home, meaningful work, trusted relationships and participation in the community are not separate goals—they are parts of a full life.
Individual preferences help shape daily routines, activities, goals and supports.
Services are designed to strengthen skills, confidence and the greatest practical independence possible.
Belonging grows through relationships, contribution and participation in everyday community life.
Our mission
Our mission is to provide services of the highest quality for people with cognitive and developmental disabilities and related disorders, including autism, that optimize each individual’s independence and capabilities; ensure self-determination and rights; and, through partnerships in the community, enhance opportunities to live healthy, safe and valued lives.
