Community partnerships

CSC works with communities, public agencies, educational institutions and service partners to widen opportunity for the people we support.

01

Working together

Community relationships strengthen services, expand field-learning opportunities and help people take part in the places where they live and work.

Effective partnership is practical. It may help connect a person to employment, expand a learning opportunity, strengthen a referral pathway or create a more welcoming place to participate in community life.

02

Partnership with purpose

CSC values relationships with public agencies, educational institutions, employers, service professionals and community organizations when those relationships advance dignity, access and meaningful opportunity for the people supported.
