CSC’s approved program information includes Adult Medical Day Care, connecting organized daytime support with health-related needs, meaningful activity and community participation.
Coordinated daytime support
Adult Medical Day Care is designed as a structured daytime setting for adults who may need health-related oversight alongside supervision, skill support and purposeful participation. Current onsite medical services, eligibility, program contacts and licensing language must be confirmed by CSC before the domain launch.
The public website provides an understandable starting point without asking visitors to send diagnoses, medical records, Medicaid information or insurance details through a general form.
Participation with purpose
A meaningful day is more than a schedule of activities. It can include practicing practical skills, communicating preferences, exploring interests, contributing to a shared project, building relationships and participating in community life.
- Health-aware structured support
- Individualized skill development
- Social and community participation
- Daily-living practice
- Activities connected to personal interests
