CSC provides goal-oriented employment supports through coordination, community resources and advocacy shaped around the individual.
Job development and coaching
Job coaching helps people learn job duties, strengthen attendance and punctuality, work effectively with coworkers and supervisors, and meet workplace expectations. Services vary based on individual needs.
Job-seeking skills
Training may include completing applications, preparing résumés and cover letters, identifying skills, interviewing, workplace presentation, confidence building, goal setting, job search methods and retention.
Job-site training
Qualified professionals help participants learn practical skills and work toward becoming confident wage earners and valued members of their communities.
Employment shaped around the person
Meaningful employment is not defined by a single job title or pathway. Support can focus on understanding strengths and interests, identifying realistic opportunities, learning workplace routines and building the confidence to contribute over time.
- Individual employment goals
- Practical job-search preparation
- On-the-job learning and coaching
- Communication with the employment team
- Support for retention and continued growth

“Meaningful work can strengthen confidence, skills, relationships and economic participation.”
