Public forms
Contact, volunteer and service-request forms collect only the information needed for CSC to respond. The public service-request form is not designed to receive diagnoses, medical records, Medicaid information or other protected health information.
Application files
Résumés are stored in private quarantine storage and are never published in a public uploads folder. Access is limited to authorized administrators. Downloads remain disabled until the required file-scanning workflow is active.
Retention and deletion
CSC will approve retention periods for inquiries, volunteer records, job applications and service requests before launch. The administration system is designed to support status tracking, audited access and secure deletion.
