The CSC Advisory Group brings people who receive support, family members, direct-care staff and administrative staff into an ongoing conversation about service quality.
Representation that matters
Center for Social Change formed the Advisory Group to create a regular, practical channel for input about the services CSC provides. The group includes two family members of people in CSC residential programs, two direct-care staff members, two people who receive residential support and two administrative staff members.
The role of the group
The Advisory Group provides CSC administration with observations, suggestions and lived perspectives related to services and how those services are implemented. It is intended to meet on a regular, ongoing basis.
Bringing different perspectives into the same room can help identify what is working, where communication can improve and how services can respond more closely to the people whose lives they affect.
- Input from people receiving services
- Family perspective
- Direct-care experience
- Administrative follow-through
- Ongoing attention to service quality

“Better services begin by listening closely to the people and families they affect.”
Start with a conversation.
If you are exploring services for yourself, a family member or someone you support, CSC can help identify the appropriate next step.
